'In the Pink' for Breast Cancer Care, Scotland

Dear All,

 
Hello! How are you? Yes it is that time of year again but time has flown, it is 2 years since our last charity Mac Ball in 2005 when you helped us raise over £15 000 for Marie Curie Cancer Care. An excellent result on the back of the very successful inaugural Mac Ball which raised over £10 000 for Macmillan Cancer Relief in 2004.
 
The Mac Ball 2007 is now all go and we are looking for your help in ANYWAY. This year our Mac Ball will be ' IN THE PINK' as we are raising funds for Breast Cancer Care, Scotland. It is booked for Saturday 6th October, 2007 at Glasgow's Crowne Plaza (formerly The Moat House). We are looking for:
  • You to attend - see below;
  • Bring your own table of friends (tables of ten);
  • Celebrity attendees - contact us if you can attend or know someone who can;
  • Any raffle / auction prizes - contact us by phone / email initially;
  • Donations for our goodie bags - contact us at any point below;
  • Sponsorship of the whole event - the deal will include a table for the event and a club room, please contact us for more details.
Our early bird tickets are priced at £50 pp (we appreciate this is an increase of £5 from the last ball but this has been due to a larger rise in costs, hence why we are running our early bird deal) which includes:
  • Reception drink;
  • Four course meal;
  • 1/2 bottle wine pp;
  • Mineral water on each table;
  • Programme, which will also double as a prize ticket;
  • 2 bands to dance your socks off to til 2am;
  • Raffle, auction and tombola fun.
The early bird deal we are offering is £50 pp til Friday 31st August, thereafter tickets will be priced at £55 pp. Note there is a limited number of tickets this year so be sure to get in touch sooner than later.
