We had planned for The Mac Ball to be a biannual event. However the recession has led us to hold off organinsing another event at present. Within the next year or 2 though, we are hoping to have another event, perhaps in a different format, who knows!?! We are open to any suggestions,are always looking for more help and / or prize donations.

 

 

Our main ethos is to be an event for normal people. Our balls are a fantastic night out, with a great chance of winning a prize (see attached programmes), all at an affordable price. 

 

In 2007 we hoped everyone attending would spend another £15 each, on top of their ticket costs to allow for a great total - although many surpassed our hopes on this. You can see this from the fact we kept our tombola / raffles to £1 and 2 tickets for amazing prizes such as an original Joe Hendry or Danny Campell canvas and write your name on a fiver for only 3 prizes - including a walk-on part in Taggart! Our first open auction was limited in our 2007 ball to just 4 items (see attached programmes).
